If you have land to sell that may be suitable for future residential development – whatever its current condition or status – we'd like to hear from you.
We are a major buyer of both consented and unconsented land and are always on the lookout for more.
We're particularly keen to add to our strategic land bank – our store of undeveloped sites which have no, or only outline, planning permission.
This type of land may also include sites in areas earmarked for future development in local or county plans, or potential infill land pockets.
Our general requirement is that sites need to be typically a minimum of one-and-a-half acres - or capable of taking at least 25 housing units. And, of course, we're also interested in much larger plots of land where we can deliver major developments.
